Description		Our client, a highly successful IT systems provider, is seeking a Training Services Manager to take overall responsibility for their client training course provision, the portfolio, its development and delivery, to support the company�s objective of continued growth. Reporting to the Division Manager your main responsibilities will be:- * Generating revenue growth * Managing the training team * Ensuring the training course portfolio is up to date and reflects the changes in software functionalities of each new product release * Build customer relationships to identify training and business service needs * Managing training marketing campaigns in partnership with the Marketing department * Ensure the company�s training offerings are both innovative and fit for purpose * Promoting the Training Department both internally and with Customers The ideal candidate will possess the following core skills: * Proficient in training techniques and needs analysis. * The ability to identify and implement new service offering. * Commercial Awareness. * Comfortable in defining and managing operational budgets * Negotiate sales/supply agreements Ideally you will be educated to Degree level or similar and possess a formal training qualification. Experience in promoting and obtaining training sales is essential and you must have experience in the delivery of training services. In addition you should be able to demonstrate experience of managing a team of trainers and of delivering e-learning solutions. In addition you should be able to demonstrate a high level of presentation, communication and listening skills at all levels and be highly customer focused. You skill at influencing and negotiating should be coupled with a strong degree of self motivation and initiative. Flexible and adaptable in your approach you will continually assess and react to the needs of the customers and be able to prioritise work effectively. It goes without saying that your IT skills should be first rate and that you should have a broad understanding of computer systems. This is a large multi-national business where performance is well rewarded and you can expect a high degree of personal development and further career opportunities. There is a good base salary of up to �50,000 with a 12% annual bonus, company car, private health care, leisure facilities and all the usual benefits associated with a major employer.
