Description My client, a market leading IT services provider requires PC engineers to be responsible for warranty and installation services for Dell desktops, laptops and printers. The role delivers the following services:-

Fault diagnosis
Software and peripheral installation
PC Health checks
Data Transfer
PC/Network installation
Operating system upgrades

Candidates must have excellent experiences in a break fix installation role or a minimum Comptia A+ qualification. A graduate wishing to move into an IT career with a computing degree would be considered.

You will have good customer facing and communication skills.

Training will be provided for the DELL DCSE accreditation.

You will own a reliable vehicle.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a rewarding environment.
