Description		Our client, a global leading IT Services organization, is looking for an experienced Change Manager to reduce the number of incidents entering the UK Service Desk. You will have responsible for interfacing with incident/request management for incident/change resolutions Maintaining close liaison with support teams and senior Manager over the introduction of major changes. You will be required to suggest process or procedural improvements, as necessary, to enhance the services offered by the Service Line and instruct any referral group carrying out changes to infrastructure to go through the Change Controller and ensure that the Change Control Process is adhered to. You will be required to produce Change Reports as requested by the Service Line. Knowledge of ITIL would be advantageous. You must have excellent customer interface skills, both on the phone and in person; and have good analytical and problem solving skills with a strong focus on detail and ability to effectively and accurately record information. Knowledge of ITIL would be advantageous. This role offers an excellent salary and unrivalled benefits package and all the support and training you would expect from a major organisation.
