Description		Technical Customer Service Engineer / Helpdesk Engineer / Technical Support. My client is a leading provider of high performance unified network storage systems supporting both NAS and SAN services. They are currently seeking a talented graduate or similar to join them in providing telephone and/or written support to their customer base and manage the relationship. This particular role will suit an individual who already possesses significant depth and breadth of technical experience with all aspects of storage, networking and related information technologies at the applications, database, and operating system level in NT and UNIX networking environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing non-functional equipment/software to identify problem areas and recommend corrective actions. This may require duplicating the problems in a lab environment and working with more senior members of the support and engineering teams to resolve issues. The main responsibilities of this role include (but are not exhaustive of): reproduction of customer problems/defects, live Webex remote support, documenting findings, developing best practise solutions whilst learning 3 rd party vendor products and problem escalation where necessary. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong communicator who is able to work under a variety of pressure whilst being able to meet and exceed the customer s expectation.
