Description		My client is a successful, growing online marketing agency/affiliate business which has been running for 11 years and is seeking a business partner to help manage the rapidly expanding online marketing team. The Manager will also be responsible for acquiring and delivering a range of online marketing campaigns for clients including: pay per click campaign management, search engine optimisation, building and distributing html emails and managing affiliate partners. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, both written and oral are essential. You will be liaising directly with clients and developing supplier relationships. Competency with the MSOFFICE package is also required. More important however is displaying initiative and being prepared to be challenged, seeking significant responsibility and working hard to achieve goals in this rapidly evolving environment. You will be hands on, leading by example, planning work schedules and constantly maintaining the highest levels of work. The successful candidate will have at least two years experience with demonstrable success in at least three of the following: Affiliate Management, Affiliate Marketing, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Public Relations, Domain Name Trading, Web Design, Sales, and Book-keeping/Accountancy. You will be ambitious, hard-working and ideally should have had experience in running a business and/or management experience. You can work from home; a managed office can be set up at a location that suits you.
