Description ETL and Business Objects Developer - Warrington, Northwest

My Warrington based, Government agency client is looking for 2 ETL and Business Objects Development contractors to design and develop database systems and produce ETL routines to extract data from disparate data sources, and design and build reports using Business Objects XI.The offices are easily commutable from Manchester, Leeds, and Liverpool


Applicants must have expert knowledge in the following-

HP UX, SLES10,rmatica Powercentre


MANDATORY EXPERIENCE

· Experience of using Informatica ETL tools and excellent understanding of ETL concepts
· Excellent understanding of Business Objects XI architecture
· Experience of developing Business Objects universes and reports
· Must demonstrate an in depth knowledge and experience of:
- The full application development lifecycle
- Relational database concepts and techniques
· Component development techniques
·
· Is able to analyse, diagnose,ibiting thorough familiarity with available methods, procedures, tools, equipment and standards associated with own area of specialisation and making correct choices from alternatives


3 month initial contract, with very real extension posibilities. Exceptional Rates for the correct candidate.
