Description		Business Analyst required to provide consultancy to our clients business in the areas of analysis and testing, in order to develop and assure business change solutions, maximising opportunities for return on investment and/or performance improvement. In this role you will be responsible for the identification and measurement of proposed business benefits and quality assurance of business cases. You will ensure that all change initiatives are progressed in perform quality assurance of analytical services through peer reviews including business needs analysis, Gap Analysis, Cost/Benefit Analysis, requirements capture and process engineering. You will need to show proven, previous experience of working on medium-to-large scale, multiple and complex projects and programmes. You must have a detailed understanding of business benefits including how these are identified and managed, experience of test management for a range of technology and business changes, and relationship management with both internal and external customers. Previous experience on a variety of working sectors (e.g. public, private, charity etc) would be beneficial, as would any coaching/mentoring qualifications or experience.
