Description		Needed...Technical Support Engineer This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company as a Technical Support Engineer. Objectives � Support the technical development of new products � Maintain effective control of product non-conformances � Provide internal technical support � Produce and manage technical support information � Develop and conduct technical training Duties � Identify applicable technical and statutory requirements for new products. � Support the preparation and analysis of technical FMEA�s, risk and assessment, etc � Promote product technical competence through the organisation � Maintain product non-conformance database � Analyse causes of product non-conformance and implement solutions � Liaise with suppliers to resolve product technical and quality issues � Develop technical support documentation in line with internal departments requirements � Act as internal expert on 3rd party factored products � Investigate and deliver technical product training for internal departments � Support internal departments by attending customer sites as required � Any other ad hoc duties as required by Engineering Director Candidate Requirements � Qualified engineer with an electro-mechanical background. Preferably experienced with moving assemblies. � Experience of programming using VB or .net would be an advantage Great salary.
