Description 1st Line Support/Helpdesk - Contract

Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

£10-£13 per hour - 4 Week contract with potential to renew

This organisation is recruiting for an additional Support Technician to join their team in providing IT support to internal and external clients.
The main focus of the position will be to provide first line user administration and support to an SLA environment.

You will be investigating issues to find the root cause and fix as many issues as possible before passing onto the next tier of support where required.

To be considered you must have experience supporting Microsoft products, ideally MS Windows 2000. Experience of support ERP or CRM applications is highly desirable.
