Description		My client, a global blue chip organisation is looking to recruit a Test Manager to work on a prestigious Public Sector account. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Test Management professionals to undergo UK DV Security Clearance within an organisation that will offer fantastic development and training prospects along with exciting Project opportunities. The successful Test Managers day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to: liaising with stakeholders to: Advise clients on Test best practice regarding Test methodologies/tools, provide management information when applicable - including key financial data, communicate with the Head of Test Services to ensure that they are aware of all performance activities, create and manage Test teams to meet challenging deadlines. Interested candidates will need to demonstrate proficiency in Applications Development Test Management and be aware of the full Software Development lifecycle, have taken budget responsibility of 1million+, managed teams of up to 10 members of staff, have knowledge of Rational and/or Mercury and have excellent client facing attributes.
