One of our key solutions is Managed Print and , following two very large new win contracts , we are looking for a Print Services Manager to manage the print contracts as well as looking to grow the print business within new and existing accounts .

Duties will include :

* Acting as the focal point for all aspects of managed print service delivery in SCC.
* Leading the print technical team in the installation of print service tools and ongoing support for each customer engagement.
* Review of all current contracts for managed print services to understand current issues, Service level performance/non performance and guiding the customer.
* Owning , managing and developing the tools used to deliver print services eg Insight , WebJetAdmin ,Equitrac and Safecom.
* Defining reporting processes to ensure Service Level Agreement performance and continuous improvement.
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction via efficient and effective delivery of contracted services.
* Management of third party vendors such as Safecom , Equitrac , EKM4 ,HP and Xerox.
