Description		We are looking for a Service Model Architect to start a contract in Cheltenham. You will be working on service model account Deployment Architecture defining the Conceptual, Logical and Physical models for Service Model implementation into an account for all domains of change. You will need an understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), making recommendations for service model component release schedules, delivering solution architecture without compromising the integrity of the overall system. ITIL Foundation is mandatory for the role. You will also require an understanding of Server Life cycle management concepts and tools (Service Desk / Service Log / Service Catalogue / UA PM (Unicenter Asset Portfolio Management) / UAM / UPM / OpsWare / SMART / Managed Objects), Storage management concepts and tools as well as Service Desk functions. We need somebody with a good overall technology understanding and experience (development, storage, networks). You will be required to enable cross-functional teams within the change program to work in parallel by providing guidance and direction in support of the service model solution architecture. The successful candidate will Work with the client to ensure that there are no gaps or inconsistencies in the initial service model solution architectural design and none emerge over time.
