Description		Trainee Software Developer - Java / J2EE / Oracle � Conway A unique opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Software Developer for a leading organisation in North Wales looking to help the right candidate take the next step in their career. Skills: Java / J2EE / Oracle - The successful candidate will ideally have good knowledge of Java, J2EE and Oracle, probably gained through studying and practical experience during your degree in a software development related subject. You will have good communication skills and good customer service skills, able to translate user requirements into technical specifications and implement the requirements. As a team player, you will have excellent Object Orientated programming knowledge and as the role may require travel, a driving license will be necessary. Role: As the Trainee Software Developer, you will be joining a team developing and implementing Oracle applications, designing databases, taking user requirements and translating them into technical instructions and also liaising with a variety of organisations related to this organisation. It will be a challenging role that will be an ideal move for your second position or your first step in your development career after university.
