Description		Windows 2000 / 2003 / XP / Desktop / Support / Helpdesk / TCP/IP / LAN / WAN 1st Line Helpdesk - Bristol - �15k- �20k + shift+ benefits This is an exciting opportunity for anyone that wants to break into the IT market, my client an industry leader is looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual to join a lively and expanding IT department based in Bristol. You will have some experience in the education sector, supporting users on a helpdesk or servicedesk as well as excellent customer service skills, preferably with a background in a customer contact centre or a similar customer facing environment. You will be a positive and pro-active person wanting to build a career within the IT industry and utilise any qualifications passed in this area . Experience in any IT related role would be beneficial & particularly any software support experience. Our clients are offering full extensive training on in-house products and systems to build upon any existing knowledge. Experience or knowledge with Windows or Networks would be highly beneficial. With the opportunity to train, build on experience and progress this is not an opportunity to be missed especially if you have had a similar role in IT & want to build on it!
