Description		Our client a multi million pound software solutions business is currently looking to set up a new development team onsite in Cwmbran, South Wales. Development in India has been moved to the UK and the team will be tasked with developing and maintaining a product that helps clients accelerate project completion and improve the management of capital-intensive programs. You will be working on document management, business process management and business intelligence solutions deployed across mass markets on a global scale. We are looking to recruit a number of Software Engineers to deliver quality design and code working on engineering projects around UI, database and server side technologies. You will provide support to the Technical Lead in design and delivery and mentor Jnr coders. Experience Needed: Detailed/Proven experience in Java/J2ee technologies, Hibernate, Struts, Spring and JSP. Experience in any agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, DSDM) is important. Salary is open and I will consider any applications. Salary will be offset against match to spec. This is fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that already have sign off to recruit 200+ people in the next 2 years. This team is in its infancy and will be looking to expand to approximately 25 strong in 2009.
