1st line IT Support - Windsor - 20K .

One of ouR top Berkshire based clients is looking for a 1st line IT Support candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to train and develop into an IT role on an IT Helpdesk within a credible IT environment. You will take phone calls from IT users experiencing technical difficulties as a 1st line Helpdesk support analyst and accurately resolve, escalate and record IT problems on the phone. Experience of working in an IT Helpdesk environment is required, you must have good customer service skills, and excellent numerical and literacy skills along with a basic understanding of IT. You must have an excellent telephone manner and be organised, with good administration skills. Most of all, you must be enthusiastic, a team player and be eager to learn.
