A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Web Project Manager and Team Leader to join a leading web design and development agency based in the heart of Sheffield.

Skills:

Your Web / Digital background will complement your genuine passion for all things web-related. A previous Project Manager with strong interpersonal and client liaison skills, you will have recent experience leading small-medium teams of Project Managers. You will have experience in implementing and being responsible for team and department strategies, being mindful of how these affect other company strategies.

Role:

Liaising with external clients as well as with internal managers and teams across the business to ensure successful project delivery within budgets and timescales, responsibilities will also include managing the strategy for Project Management within the organisation, as well as line managing a team of c.6-8 Project Managers. A strong commercial focus is imperative, as duties will include meeting revenue targets and managing pitching and tendering processes. You will also need a strong awareness of the industry as a whole, including keeping up with relevant emerging technologies and industry press.
