Service Desk Designer - £350-£400 per day - Hook

Excellent opportunity for a Service Desk Designer to join a leading I.T outsourcer.

The role of the Service Desk Designer will entail:

- Designing, documenting, configuring and building the CA Service Desk solution
- Deriving solution requirements from a set of defined and existing service desk processes
- Designing the integration and installation required for Unicenter Remote Control

The following skills/experience will be required by the Service Desk Designer:

- Expertise in designing and implementing CA Service Desk solutions within major enterprise infrastructures
- Experience of desgning and developing Service/System Management solutions for major Defence Infrastructures programmes
- Knowledge of Tivoli, Netcool, Veritas, Netbackup
