IS Technician - Based in Dartmouth, Devon and paying up to £17k + Corporate Benefits.

You will need to have an IT based qualification (AVCE, BTEC, HND or Degree) and be looking for your 1st or 2nd IT Support job.

If you are a British National who is Security Clearable and you have excellent communication skills and professionalism, then this role could be an ideal stepping stone in your IT career.

Working in a small 2nd line desktop support team for a very prestigious organisation, you will be responsible for providing software and hardware support to a wide range of high-calibre internal clients. Experience of supporting MS products including Windows XP, Office 2003 Professional, Active Directory and a variety of desktop hardware is essential.

Suitable candidates will include those with experience and / or recent college / university leavers. The role could suit good candidates who are looking to step up from 1st to 2nd line. Please note the role is purely desktop support based, with minimal network and server based work as it is covered by another team.
