1st Line Technical Support Analyst required for an enviable position with an award winning IT Company based in Winchester, Hampshire. You must have an IT related Degree and a strong 1st Line Support background with MS technologies, Windows Server 2003 etc

THE ROLE:
This is an unrivalled opportunity to join a leading IT organisation as a 1st Line Support Analyst / Customer Support Analyst with rapid career growth. You will also be learning new Enterprise level technologies such as Oracle, IBM and Cognos.
You will be working with the following technologies:
* Microsoft Windows Server 2003 (Also Small Business Server)
* Windows security and permissions
* Exchange Server 2003
* Terminal Services
* VoIP / PBX Configuration
* Full and ongoing certification / training will be provided
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You must have strong communication and presentation skills as you will be dealing with clients both by phone, email and also the opportunity to support on site.

This role is based in Winchester, Hampshire, but commutable from Southampton, Portsmouth, Fareham, Ringwood, Basingstoke, Hook or Winchester surroundings. Candidates must be able to commute to the Winchester office or be able to relocate.
Salary - £18 - 22k Basic (depending on experience) + Bonus + excellent benefits
