My Client, a Local Authority, are currently looking for a Consultant, who will assist the organisation is writing a specialised technical specification.
Ideally you should have the following skills:

(1) Experience with writing technical specifications regarding the installation of CCTV, especially for streets and council buildings.
(2) Knowledge of fibre optics and wireless links
(3) Knowledge of specifying traffic enforcement cameras
