Interface Solutions International - ISI , part of Specialist Computer Holdings ,is a leading IT Distributor . We have a very successful and expanding specialist division supplying a comprehensive range of new and recycled IT spares to resellers and IT maintenance companies across the UK .

In order to further improve our buying breadth and power in this competitive market place we are looking for a skilled and experienced Purchasing Executive , ideally having purchasing experience gained in the IT industry .

Overall Job Purpose:

To purchase IT spares from a variety of sources and manage product/stock portfolio for ISI Spares business unit.

Main Duties:

- To manage day to day purchasing from suppliers
- Oversee all elements of stock file, including aged stock
- Create and manage new suppliers and manage current suppliers in the UK and internationally
- Liaise with the SCH Groups Purchasing Team to ensure efficient transactions of stock purchase and receipt
- Weekly and monthly reporting on purchases and stock file
- Proactively increase the stock file
- Product stock file with prices on a daily basis

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

- Previous track record in Purchasing[ideally gained in the IT industry ]
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good grammatical and numerical skills
- Good time management skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Spares / 2nd user IT Trade Market_
- Able to work effectively in a fast paced , sales focused environment.
