We now have an exciting sales opportunity for a Vendor Manager to focus on delivering profitable revenue , increased growth and business development on the Netapp portfolio of products and to manage the day to day relationship with the NetApp team and to represent SCC into the NetApp aligned team.
Duties will include :
Managing the SCC business relationship with NetApp including :
* Partner sales and technical accreditations .
* Margin enhancement programs ie deal registration.
* Sales programs and promotions and program rebate claims .
* Special bids process including price protection .
* Pipeline and forecast management .
* Communication and promotion of SCC value proposition into NetApp .
* Communication and promotion of NetApp proposition into SCC.
* Development of joint sales propositions .
* Management of third party suppliers.
We are looking for candidates possessing :
* Experience in vendor management and sales within the IT industry .
* Experience of working with NetApp and familiarity with solution set .
* Ideally working for a Netpp business partner .
* Self motivated and a problem solver
* Strong sales track record
* Ability to develop and execute business objectives .
* Ability to lead and motivate team members .
* Comprehensive knowledge of Nettapp technologies /products
We offer a base salary of up to £50k , commission of £20k , car allowance and other benefits associated with a large and successful IT organisation .
