A brand new opportunity has just arisen with a highly successful and progressive end user organisation on Birmingham Business Park calling upon the skills of an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst. This is very much a hands on role, supporting a multi-site operation at offices throughout the UK as part of an established tream. The successful candidate will provide reactive and proactive IT Support to users on predominantly Microsoft based technologies. In addition there will be a significant element of project based work as directed by Senior IT Management. With an ambitious plan for the introduction of new IT systems over the next 12-18 months it is highly likely that the successful candidate will benefit from cross training with emerging technologies.

Applications are being sought from candidates with proven commercially gained IT Support experience and a thorough understanding of Windows XP, Windows Server 2000/2003/2008, MS Office 2000 & 2007, LAN, WAN and telephony. Any Lotus Notes experience would be advantageous but not essential. Any additional experience of Active Directory, Mobile Devices or PDAs would be advantageous. Candidates should have first class interpersonal skills and must hold a full UK driving licence.
