SunSystems 5 Support Analyst
Location: Watford
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Overall purpose:
To resolve client’s systems problems via remote telephone support.
Principal accountabilities
• To manage calls in a timely, professional and courteous manner
• To provide excellent technical advice to clients in order to solve their issues
• To be familiar with clients in terms of contact details, products and support required
• To attend client site as and when required to carry out site audits
• To provide strong server and client support
• To become familiar with PA companion products in order to support those product also
Person specification
Qualifications: Outstanding Sun 5 product knowledge (not Sun Micro Systems).
Experience, skills and knowledge
Essential
Applicants should have at least one years Sun 5 telephone support experience.
Previous Management experience is preferred but not essential
