Our client is an exciting new online business with excellent funding and plans for expansion.

We are now assisting them to build their technical team by appointing a Front End Developer.

If you are an experienced website and/or web application front-end developer with a proven track record designing and coding interfaces that are very clearly set out and make complex options easy to use we would love to hear from you.

Working within a small development team, you will be responsible for:

Designing easy to use pages and hand coding HTML and CSS.

Converting sketched designs and pages which have had the core functionality coded into valid HTML and CSS.

Producing designs and helping to develop a unique and engaging user experience.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to take ownership of a project, be a creative thinker who can quickly grasp new ideas and is keen to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Technical Requirements:

Essential: hand coding skills in HTML & CSS, Javascript (jquery), Basic PHP, Adobe PhotoShop

Desirable: Any PHP framework experience, Scrum/Agile environment experience
