We are a highly successful, innovative and award winning company that has revolutionised the electronic retail and eCommerce market.

Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit a talented IT Helpdesk Manager / Technical Support Engineer.

We are looking for a hands-on business focused helpdesk manager with strong service delivery skills and client relationship management abilities to take the lead of a small sized but very busy IT Helpdesk.

We are looking for a IT Helpdesk Manager / Technical Support Engineer who can grow our helpdesk service while maintaining strong customer focus and standards.

We welcome new ideas, approaches and processes to help the teams efficiency and growth. As this is a hands-on role, strong technical support skills are essential.

Duties Include:
Helpdesk Management, Recruitment, Training, Policies and Procedures, SLA, Account Management, Client Relationship Building, Customer Escalations,
Hands-on Telephone support, Remote troubleshooting - experience in Windows Networking, Windows XP / Vista / 7, excellent telephone manner essential.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Day to day helpdesk management
- Provide client support on varying technical issues - 1st to 3rd line
- Have in-depth understanding of all major clients issues and technologies
- Integrate new policies and procedures to increase efficiency of the service desk
- Recruitment, Management and Training of the team
- Lead the business forward with fresh ideas and focus

Working 5 days a week covering Mon-Sat supporting independent high street and e-commerce retailers.


You may have worked in the following capacities:
Senior IT Administrator, IT Helpdesk Manager, Technical Support Manager, 3rd Line Support Engineer.
