We have been retained on a sole agency basis to recruit an IT Support Technician for our client based on the Isle of Wight a short ferry ride from Southsea Nr Portsmouth. Our client is an award winning retailer that deliver their service via the web, direct mail and high street.
Candidates should live within a sensible catchment range or be willing to re-locate on a permanent basis. Note: The job holder will be required to work at least one Saturday in 4 on a rota system.

MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES
To provide fast, efficient and friendly support to office based users as well as remote users via telephone or VPN connections. Support of all applications and office systems, including Apple Mac. To provide out of hours support on a shared rota basis with other members of the team. Day to day maintenance and repair of hardware.
Printer networking and configuration.
Server hardware and software support and development.
Network installation, development, monitoring and maintenance.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Previous IT support is essential and as many of the following skills/qualifications is also required:

Hardware/Software installation, rollout and support
