Senior Infrastructure Support Analyst - Well known Brand - Manchester

CCNA/CCNP/CCDP/Avaya/VOIP - Infrastructure analyst - Industry leader

Our growing client are in urgent need of a skilled Infrastructure analyst with strong support and Cisco skills. The successful Senior Infrastructure Analyst will work on multiple projects concurrently, playing a key part with the business & users on service calls and support.

This role has arisen due to a major integration project as well as several other smaller projects currently happening. The ideal Infrastructure analyst will have good experience across VOIP, Avaya and Cisco.

You will provide expert technical network advice and support, acting as an escalation point for the Service Desk, prioritising and optimising work/SLAs. The successful Senior Infrastructure analyst will need to be a pro-active, responsible individual with excellent communication skills as he will act as an interface with between the business and IT/IS teams.

In order to fulfil this varied and interesting position you will have strong networking skills and will demonstrate a keeness to maintain and actively improve them. This support position will suit someone with good problem-solving and network management skills. A key skill of this role will be a demonstrable ability in routing and switching skills.
