We have an urgent requirement for Lead IT Helpdesk Analysts for a 3 month contract based in Reading. ASAP start, rates discussed on application.
24*7 Shifts.
Previous IT Helpdesk Lead experience required.
Skills (Essential):
- Good customer relation skills in dealing with issues independently, enthusiastically and with a positive drive.
- Excellent customer facing communication skills particularly via the telephone and via email required.
- Excellent communication skills both in written & verbal
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Intermediate)
- Flexible and positive approach.
- Team Player
- Self starter
Skills (Desirable):
- Remote Desktop assistance
- Windows Vista OS
- Previous experience of Remedy
- PC Connectivity & Internet protocols such as SMTP, HTTP(S), FTP & TCP/IP, VPN clients
- Understanding of IT technologies, WAN, Citrix, SSH, SSL & Virtualisation, multi tier networks.
- At least one year of IT Helpdesk experience.

- Telephony (IP Based)
- PC – Windows Vista & Citrix
