The consultant is required to design and develop a framework for benefits identification and management for a programme. This includes the Benefits Strategy/Plan and the Benefits Realisation Plan. This should build on abenefits management framework that has already been developed as part of another programme.
To be considered for the role, you must have the following knowledge and experience
• Knowledge of developing benefits and performance management frameworks
• Knowledge of Development of Benefit Profiles, Tracking Mechanisms and Benefit Realisation Plans
• Understanding of the relationship between the Five Case Model and the OGC’s Gateway Review Process
• Evaluation methodologies
• Business report writing
• Experience of employing OGC and HMT Benefits management good practice, ideally for a complex multi-agency change programme
• Familiarity with PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programmes
• Experience of working with large Government Change Programmes, ideally multi-agency.
