Field Support Engineer - Windows XP, Server 2003, Gloucester
My client has an urgent requirement for a Field Support engineer who has experience supporting Windows XP, Server 2003, Exchange, Office 2007, Active Directory within a field role.
This is a Field support role so you must have access to a vehicle. You will also need experience of installation of Microsoft applications locally and on Networks, Troubleshooting and resolving network issues and excellent customer service skills - patient when explaining technical instructions in a non technical way.
