My client is seeking a commercially aware Technical Consultant to join their expanding team working closely with sales consultants and customers to achieve the desired results.

You will be responsible for providing technical support and advice to both customers and in a pre sales capacity to define a solution for customers’ business problems, ascertain an architectural overview and workflow management design.

Working closely with all parties concerned you will be responsible for amending any implementation time lines for the company products.

This role requires someone not only with a good technical understanding but a strong customer focus as this role will involve regular contact with customers over the telephone, email and face to face.

Technical skills should include the ability to program in Java and a knowledge of XML.
