First Line Helpdesk Engineer

Excellent opportunity for a first line helpdesk engineer to join a leading IT support company based in Bracknell. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for carrying out the support of Windows based user issues. Key responsibilities include:-
• First line support for Windows 2000, 2003, MS Office and basic desktop issues
• Escalating more complex or time consuming issues to 2nd line desk.
• Perform daily backups and remedial actions.
• Ensure all calls are accurately entered onto the system and closed off.
