We have a new requirement for a SQL Server DBA to work for a rapidly expanding client of ours. This is a role that requires an independent IT professional who will work in a particularly autonomous fashion. You will have strong expertise with particular reference to Database administration for SQL Server 2005 and experience of 2008 would be highly advantageous. You will have strong expertise with T SQL, T-SQL and will be able to manipulate SQL in order to present accurate information with particular to sales etc. In terms of day to day DBA expertise you will be highly competent with performance tuning, execution plans, indexing, setting up active clusters.
