Technical Support / Helpdesk Advisor / Helpdesk Advisor / 1st Line Support (IT/Telecoms) - Gloucester, Gloucestershire, South West. Very attractive salary + benefits!!

Technical Support Consultant / Helpdesk IT Graduate / 1st Line Support Advisor / First Line Support Advisor urgently required to work for my client, a leading provider of online services.

The Technical Support Advisor / 1st Line Support Advisor (all levels considered) will be responsible for solving problems encountered by customers when using the Client’s services. You will also be: answering emails, receiving incoming calls, escalating problems, recording problems, supporting new product releases.

Technical Support skills required: excellent communication skills, good knowledge of the internet, Windows or Linux operating systems, MS Office – outlook/word/excel. Knowledge of internet protocols such as DNS, FTP, domain name registration, POP3, SMTP or developing / designing websites is beneficial but by no means essential.
