Business Analyst / Software Capture Analyst - 6 month Fixed Term contract

Business Analyst required with strong experience within process reengineering, Software Capture and Software requirements, including the production of processes, documentation and delivery.

The post holder will play a key part in the development of the IT software architecture and the business processes it supports. On a daily basis you will be required to collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and analyse tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. The role will be directly responsible for the mapping of business processes with a goal of delivering a useable set of requirements to the IT development staff.

The role will be to map and then monitor business objectives of cost, quality and efficiency processes, making recommendations on re-engineering of current process and supporting the delivery of IT applications to be a catalyst for business process change across the group. This will also involve project managing the lifecycle of each individual software product

This role is a 6 month Fixed Term contract paying pro rata £38k - £41k per annum starting ASAP (interviews this week). The position is based close by to Blackheath in South East London and is easily accessible by tube. The interview process for this role will involve a 5 minute Powerpoint presentation on your understanding of process reengineering and software requirements

Any experience working within a Housing Association would be greatly beneficial or looking specifically at rent increases and the service charge process.
