This newly created role working with an established London based end user organisation requires an experienced IT Business Analyst / Projects Manager with exposure to Case Management Systems. Reporting directly to the Head of IT in a growing IT team you will be handed responsibility for a portfolio of small day to day IT projects. You will work with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and conduct business / systems analysis to fully understand and document the detailed systems requirements. You will assume responsibility for interpreting defined business requirements, procuring the appropriate IT solution and managing the subsequent implementation.

This position requires experience of working in a commercial hybrid business analysis / project management role. Your profile must clearly highlight your experience working on small / medium sized IT projects and performing business analysis, systems analysis and project management. You must be highly analytical with first class communication skills and a good level of commercial awareness. It would be highly advantageous if you have experience of working with Case Management Systems in an end user environment. Formal business analysis / project management training would be useful.
