Applications Support Analysts - to £30K UK Wide

We have several clients that specialise in Accounting Solutions that are now looking for additional members for their clients services teams. Roles will involve supporting a range of accounting solutions providing telephone and remote support to wide client base whilst adhering to strict SLA's.

Ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience of software support, a good knowledge of accoutring principles and Accounting packages such as Sage, Pegasus, Access or Exchequer, a good knowledge of SQL is essential.
