Senior Communications Manager - Oil and Gas - London Mandatory skills - Minimum of 8 - 10 years experience in a large complex business environment with significant experience in managing communications with some experience in training Experience of developing and implementing a communication plan in a similar major business environment. Broad internal comms experience covering planning, content creation, delivery and measurement either inside or outside xxx Strong written communication skills delivered across a range of projects and engagements Has a good understanding of commercial and business drivers and is experienced in improving employee engagement. Successfully influenced and advised mid to senior level business partners on tactics for communications delivery You will have: Strong communication/ influencing skills Excellent presentation skills (with an emphasis on written communications) A strong team player with a "can do attitude" Effective organiser Proficient in use of powerpoint, word and excel A proactive self starter able to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities Ability to work to tight timelines and under pressure Strong track record of delivery Role - Develops and executes Communications Plan and supports comms on request Works in partnership with the Business Manager on ad-hoc communications Supports the delivery of the Capability and Engagement Plan Monitors, supports and manages, as needed, and the entry of data into the teams SharePoint site Supports ad-hoc training requests which would include facilitating discussion groups, day to day training records management including supporting the compliance training agenda - Passport to Work Provides input and expertise in support of the team goals and 2010 plan Refreshes and executes the key messages process
