An exciting opportunity for a Quality Controller Manager has arisen with our client in Aldershot, the successful candidate will be required to be security cleared to SC level (prior to appointment). Job Description including Day to Day Responsibilities: Promote quality achievements and performances throughout the organisation. Follow Company QA compliance objectives ensuring targets are achieved. Asses the product specification of the company and its sub contractors Working with Site project Managers and Project support personnel in achieving the given standards required for the client. Ensuring compliance with standard and legislation. Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff. Setting up and maintaining controls and document procedures. Collating and analysing performance data against defined parameters. Persuading reluctant clients and sub-contractors to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods. Liaising with customers auditors and ensuring compliance. Prepare routine documentation. Visit sites and conduct audits on behalf of the client. Monitoring performance busy gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
