Temporary IT Technician
Cambridgeshire
£10 - £15 per hour depending on experience

This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced IT Support Administrator to join a leading business in Cambridgeshire as an Interim IT Technician / IT Engineer. You will be supporting the day to day functioning of the IT Department, and will provide IT Support to all members of staff.

Responsibilities:
• To ensure the smooth operation of computer network within the company
• Provide technical support to all members of staff
• To ensure that back-up of the systems are taken regularly and kept in a secure environment
• To help members of staff with any software training requirements – at local level
• To install any upgrades as required to the system
• To ensure that licensing requirements are adhered to
• Deal with any software problems that arise
• To ensure that systems are kept up to date with new members of staff and leavers as appropriate
• Assist in the planning and implementation of IT systems and upgrades to suit business needs
• In addition to these duties employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required
Skills Required:
• Good advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages and networking knowledge, including managing domains across multiple sites
• BSc in Computing would be an advantage
