Support Consultant for Accounting / Logistics Software

They are looking for an Applications Support Consultant with previous experience of supporting financial accounting software or IT Support skills with an accounting background (or accounting qualifications). You will provide 1st and 2nd line support for accounting and logistics software systems to small and medium sized businesses in a help desk environment. You should have a background in Support with good working knowledge of accounting principles and methods from either a former accounting or bookkeeping role or a relevant qualification, together with good technical skills. Typically you will have knowledge of Iris Exchequer, Sage 50, Sage 200, Pegasus Opera, COA, Agresso, Mamut, Coda Dream, SAP Business One, SunSystems or any other similar accounting software package. You need good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows desktop with great communication and interpersonal skills.
