Technical Support - New Stores

About The Role

As a Technical Support Analyst you'll work alongside the Technical Support Team Leader to assist and support with new store roll outs in the key related areas of Store Networks and EPOS systems ensuring that as a team you provide the best service possible to Head Office and Stores. Working on the technical front line supporting a 24*7 IT infrastructure you'll get involved with a variety of tasks including; installing software, hardware and communication system implementation, compiling and maintaining configuration documentation and data and assisting with monitoring performance and efficiency of an enterprise network.

About You

Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in an IT related subject you'll have proven experience of providing technical support to Retail store systems within a multi-hardware environment. You'll also be familiar with the principles, operation and capabilities of network hardware, software and protocols and be knowledgeable on SQL databases and application interfaces. Finally you'll be comfortable working, when necessary, unsociable hours. There may also be the requirement to travel to work at European locations. * Language skills are also preferable for this role.
