Service Delivery Manager

A Service Delivery Manager is required to be based in London for a short period of work over 4/6 days.
Our client is currently going through an out-sourcing exercise for both support and infrastructure. A preferred supplier has been appointed and the client is now going through the discovery \ due diligence phase o the project with a view to signing contracts in March
The requirement is for an independent review of three areas of the proposed contract.
These areas are:-
*Technical Infrastructure
*Service Description
*Service Level Agreements
The output would be a report identifying whether the suppliers proposed SLA's are relevant, whether there are any SLA's which should have been included and whether the measures used for the SLA's themselves are of sufficient rigour to ensure that the client receives the Service it expects.
It is envisaged that the investigation into the two areas will take no more than four days, with an additional two days for the production of the report.
