IT Systems Administrator
We seek a qualified Senior IT Administrator / IT Manager to support 60 colleagues at our Edgware office and across the UK.
Call Systems Technology Ltd are leaders in on-site radio and paging communications technology and restaurant software solutions. Our sister company Security Systems Technology Ltd suppliy CCTV, Access Control and Video Analytics solutions.
IT Degree or Foundation Degree (2:1)
MCSE Certified (Windows 2003/2008)
CompTIA A Certified Technician
Network Systems Experience
QBE with 5+ years experience in a similar role

Your Previous experience (minimum):
Microsoft SQL Administration - 2 years
Windows 2003/2008 - 2 years
Windows XP/Vista/7 - 2 years
Linux - 1 year
Blackberry BES/BIS Server - 1 year
VB Scripting - 1 year
Software/Hardware Backup Systems - 1 year Asterisk or similar VOIP PBX - 1 year
Microsoft Office Suite 2007/2010
Microsoft Excel - Intermediate Level (Macros, Formulas, Etc)
Sage Line 50 (support) - no minimum
Salesforce / Salesbase - no minimum
Helpdesk Software - no minimum
Ideal for someone who enjoys supporting an SME business with full autonomy.
Personal Skill Set:
Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Good customer service skills
Floor walk and helpdesk/Remote support to field
Good administration and organisation skills to document jobs and update paperwork/procedures
Project monitoring, tracking and reporting
Candidate must be prepared to work in a fast paced & dynamic environment to meet short deadlines. Out of hours upgrade / maintenance is scheduled for one Saturday or Sunday per quarter where you will be required to site (4 per year).
