CRM & Email Marketing Manager- Retail Giant, West Midlands
This retail giant has an urgent requirement for a CRM & Email Marketing Manager to create an innovative CRM strategy across a variety of channels both online and offline.
The CRM & Marketing Manager take the companies existing data and translate that into profitable CRM solutions for the business in order to improve overall customer experience. Working closely with both sales and online marketing divisions you will implement a CRM strategy that will drive more business to the companies website and through to purchase.
The CRM & Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for the CRM programme across the business liaising with a number of stakeholders. The CRM & Email Marketing Manager will assess existing CRM systems and implement continual changes to the systems to improve data collection and overall insight.
The CRM & Email Marketing Manager must have strong experience of implementing CRM/ eCRM strategy across a business and in implementing e-mail campaigns. You should also have people management experience as you will be heading up a small CRM team.
