This well known charity require an experienced Intranet Coordinator to coordinate the ongoing operation and development of company intranet. To liaise with directorates and content owners; helping them in using the intranet effecively, to train staff in using the internet, to promote the intranet and develop relevant procedures and documentation. Reporting to the Director of Organisational Dvelopment - The Directorate is responsible for all aspects of central People Management in relation to recruitment and selection, employee relations, HR Policy, learning and development, compensation and benefits and facilities. The team also includes Internal Communications. The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience - including Sharepoint - including working with web parts, experience of creating training materials, delivering one-on-one training for a website or application; experience of troubleshooting and handling user enquiries; experience of working at an advanced level with a web content management system or intranet system; ability to use Sharepoint Designer and HTML and CSS is highly desirable.
