Our client is a well established West Midlands based IT company who specialise in providing tailored IT solutions to a broad range of organisations throughout Birmingham, London and Manchester. The company are currently looking to recruit a Trainee IT Support Professional to join them at their offices in the Oldbury area. Individuals who have previously started in this role have seen great progression in their careers and are now undertaking more senior and management positions within the company, so this really is an ideal opportunity to kick start your career.

Initially your role will entail providing first line technical support to the organisation's clients, advising on both software and hardware issues and providing a timely solution. In order to be able to quickly settle into the role candidates should possess relevant IT qualifications - either an IT related degree, or college qualifications. You will be required to demonstrate some previous exposure to an IT support position; a 1st line support position within a similar environment would be ideal however alternative backgrounds (such as retail) will also be considered.
