Cerner Support Analyst - NHS

I have an urgent requirement for a Back office support specialist.

This role is to work for the NHS starting ASAP for initially 3 months.

You must have experience with the following;

" Maintain an excellent knowledge and regular use of all CRS Back Office tools.
" Routinely conduct Data Quality audits of Back Office work ensuring maintenance of high levels of accuracy.
" Understand and ensure that performance statistics relating to the Back Office team can be reported and are met.
" To advise on and contribute to maintain and update local Back Office training material.
" Acquiring knowledge and understanding of the Trust technical environment and also of Trust healthcare processes.
" In addition to the above, staff are required to use Microsoft Office for general documents, Microsoft Project as a planning and monitoring tool and Microsoft Visio for documenting business analysis.
" Preparing reports to a good professional standard as required.
" Be competent in the use of the Trusts Service Management tool (Infra).
